i use governor hobbywing 130amp v4 and all is ok.
in the past:
one esc align it didn't work anymore for no reason.
other esc align when I activated the governor strange things were happening after I deactivated the governor and everything was ok.
other align esc it didn't work

i use one esc hobbywing 130 amp on my sab goblin raw 580.
130amp for 580
130amp for 700 it's too small.
I have bought in the past the kit model+electronics align and I had problems too.
In my case the servants align.
in your case
an esc too small for that size.
I understand it's annoying ...

Anyway it's not a problem of spirit.
it's a problem of ethos or receiving.
Try to understand if it depends on:
1)ethos
2)radio
3)receiving
and once you understand ask for help in their official support

In edge tx nane is adc filter in ethos I don't know what it's called

zexx86 I checked and cyclic ring I had 8 degrees.
Now I raised the cyclic ring at 10 degrees
first value cyclic ring is 118 now value cyclic ring is 145
so with this modification now my helicopter in theory will become much more agile?
