Is it possible to obstruct the sensor?

I see mention of LiDar with respect to Geolink?
Does Geolink use LiDar if so how and where is the sensor.

In the Governor section there is a option to test the Governor and show the RPM.
Is it normal for the Sensor Signal ball to show changing Active/Inactive?

If it is not normal; what setting should I change to make the Sensor signal stay on all the time?

What I mean is can I turn off GeoFence then return to home outside the GeoFence.
Is a return to home marker on the map allowed outside the GeoFence?
