The subtrims tuning was enabled when setting it, then I pressed save. Swash still is not level after I re-initalyzed

Are the subtrim values still same after reboot?

Also I just started fresh and reset my TX and Spirit

During the subtrim menu I get my servo arms to 90*, and make sure my swash is level and I have 0 degrees pitch at mid stick.

As soon as I went to the next menu this time the swash was leaning back alittle at its "neutral" level position.

Very basicly, my swash does not stay level like where I set it and saved it at

Yes Subtrim values are exact same after reboot ;) . Except swash is no longer level

This is very strange. Is CH2 or CH0 used as elevator?
If you enable Subtrim (tuning) and then do some settings, then disable and enable it again all the servos should be exactly as they were previously.

Hmmm this time I booted the swash stayed level like it should... I'll carry on with setup and see what happens

Quick question, I want 13 degrees pitch but get 13+ and only 11-. The only way to get -13 degrees is to change PIT travel, is this okay? This means under the diagnostic tab the pitch won't be 100 at full negitive stick

this means that you are not 0 at midstick, something wrong with your mechanical setup. Have you done this before on other heli/fbl?

Yes I have exactly 0 degrees at mid stick, with servo arms at 90 degrees, both blades line up perfectly and pitch gauge reads approx 0. My links were set according to the 7HV manual

I've setup ZYX, Ikon, Vbar, numerous times and now I've got the spirit. I didn't think I'd be having any problems setting up but all these weird little things keep happening that just arnt right :? . I guess all these questions make me sound like a noob!

subtrims on your transmitter are 0 all channel?
Use subtrims ONLY in spirit not in TX.

At midstick, on diagnostic tab, rudder, pitch, elev, aileron all at 0? Travel adjustment on tx equal both + and - ?
I know you're not a noob :)

Yes yip yip yip yes :D
No subtrims in TX apart from on pitch
Diagnostic tab reads 0 at all centre sticks, apart from the throttle channel which doesn't seem to change from -24
