Governor Limits
This limits are common between governors. If the value is so high, it mean that the performance will be not optimal or either RPM very high. So the limits can't be exceeded. It will be necessary to put there pinion with less tooths, so both issues can be solved.

Does this also mean I can't use the Spirit governor with a 10T pinion gear with the 140T main gear that comes with the Oxy? That gives a ratio of 14. Mr. Mel's calculator says for my desired rpm of 3500 with a 6S 2500kv motor I need a 10T motor pinion and a 14 ratio. Thank you.
It is possible by using simple trick, that you will just change Sensor Divider value. Then it can work exactly as with gear ratio you wish, because result will be same.

When you increase the divider value, then RPM that you will see as the Current RPM is divided by 2, because 6 / 3 = 2.
Then you can just set Max. Head Speed RPM to the max head speed that is acheivable with your model / 2.
And then it will work as you wish.
It is also possible to not use 6, but for example 4 or 5. In this case it will be 5/3. RPM control might be more precise.
