Not reversed swash, but reverse swash operation. Swash moves down and the movement is transferred through follower arms to leading edge blade grips. Same result as trailing edge blade grips. Look at pictures of Raptor heads and you'll see how it works.
I understand the desire to make a simple and foolproof setup, but I have a feeling the setup is so simple now, that it unfortunately introduces some unwanted limitation to the system.
Installed new fw, put back pitch in good direction in the radio.
Swash now going in good direction both with manual pitch control and rescue!
May test in flight next we.
