When I was practising auto rotations I noticed sometimes the heli would tilt during spoolup again(always to the left so I give right cyclic) . I really had to correct on the ground to make it not tilt over.
First spoolup is always fine
It seems rather hard (but nothing weird) landings can mess up the Spirit?
Spirit will tilt sometimes after an autorotation

If the helicopter is moving, the unit will still try to correct and stabilize it to the desired position (that you want to achieve by stick movement).
If helicopter is without a motion, it will immediately reset it to the center - then it is good to start again.
By the way, I would like to know, why you are asking so many questions here, when there is nobody else that can answer it really?
You can ask me directly.
Your questions are really very specific..

It doesn't reset instantly. The tilt overs are after at least 4 seconds on the ground. Its not happening always but had it a view times. Had to give right cyclic to stop it.ZeXx86 wrote:If the helicopter is moving, the unit will still try to correct and stabilize it to the desired position (that you want to achieve by stick movement).

I guess I have to make a video of the problem (again) to be believed...?

It is not necessary. If you feel that it shouldn't really do this, I guess that something is wrong.
The unit will hold the last command until it is without movement - this is correct behavior.
So when you do the autorotation and right before landing you will apply stick to some side, it will still try to reach this position.
But it shouldn't do anything additional (what you have not did with the sticks). If this is what you are observing, then we have to find the problem.
