Hey everybody,
I have many spirit red and spirit pros. one of my spirit pros stopped working without any changes. When i power it up, i instantly get a solid red light with nothing else. The spirit light stays solid but the servos will not power up, and the spirit appears to not initialize. The computer cannot see it. it behaves like it's dead, except for the fact that i get a solid red light...HELP! Any ideas?

The behavior you are describing is not really OK.
You can try to reflash the firmware through recovery process.

Do you remember what you have did before the issue happened (whatever it was)?

This is not a problem with Recovery process.
It is not recognized, but recovery process can connect to it when you will proceed according the instructions.
It is important to not start the power until you will press the Flash and OK buttons.

You can try to disconnect everything except power.
Unfortunately without inspection I can't tell you more.
If nothing will help, it will be better to send to us (or Esprit). If you are in hurry we can do everything in a few days (including import/export) shipping.
