How do you activate this to make the adjustments?? Mine remains "gray" and will not adjust anything.

Move the pitch stick, you can adjust at full negative and at full positive only.

Well, that correction is only to be used for some special cases of geometry which requires that. To solve small differences at top or bottom of swashplate travel compared to the mid-stick.

You don't use it to make the "regular" swashplate leveling.

Or did I misunderstand your question?
