Kosmik Telemetrie???

There are still problems with the RPM at Kontronik Cosmic Telemetry / Jeti !!
Sensing Divider = 1
Gear Ratio = 1.0

Kosmik
Motor poles 14
Subclause 10.18: 1

The telemetry display outputs 160 RPM, but it should be approx.1600RPM ??
What can be the error here?
I have already tried everything!

Ask for solution !!

Leave default settings in the ESC and set parameters in the Spirit. Then it will work!!!

Sensing Devider = 7(14 Pole)
Gear Ratio = 10.15

Completely false ad?

The displayed RPM = 432 RPM
It would be about 1600 RPM.
Perhaps it is because I have the Kosmik default 2 Pole?
I hope there will be a solution, we are four pilots with several helicopters and they are all waiting for the problem to be solved!
