Strange values with open tx integration

Hi, i recently updated to 2.8 and am getting strange values with integration. Hooked up to desktop or via bluetooth everything is fine. For example my swash setup should be 120 degrees. On integration is says 135 degrees. Basically every value is not what it should be. It was working before and the only thing i have done is update fron 2.7xx to 2.8.should i look at updating integration firmware?
