I updated to 2.8.0 and enabled the governor.

The heli was flying fine on 2.7.1.

After the 1st time I replaced the servo arms that snapped (designed to do that), and did a full head setup. Everything was level. Setup was correct.

Started spoolup and after 4-5 seconds it suddenly rips to the right.

Repaired it, re-did swash levelling etc and tried again. Exact same thing. Rolls to the right.
3 times now. I cant get off the ground.

Heli was initialised on a flat level surface.

What's causing this?

Hello,

unfortunately it look like you have possibly plugged servo connectors incorrectly - CH1 to CH3, CH3 to CH1 or servo reverses are incorrect.
Alternatively Position or Swashplate type.

Before spoolup swashplate should be level, so moving with sticks is not good idea - this could cause tip over if you are moving with sticks during spoolup.

When setting up the gov, It looks like I have accidentally changed the swash to 120 reversed (!)

That'll teach me not to preflight!
