[SOLVED] Spirit Settings 3.2.2 No firmware available

Hello,

after installing Spirit Settings 3.2.2 I cannot choose any firmware file - there is only the message "No firmware available".
System here is Windows 10 with latest updates.

Any ideas?

Hello,

please verify your internet connection.
If internet is not available, then flashing will not work.

Internet connection is stable, very fast (no Wifi) and for sure not the problem.

Firewall is not the problem - I've tested that before.
Behavior is the same in demo mode or with an initialized unit connected- always "No firmware available"

only thing I can think of is that maybe the Antivirus software put some parts of the Spirit software in "quarantine".
But it's only a vague guess.

The only possibility is firewall issue - Windows can ask for allowing it. If you will not allow, then it will not work.
Or depending on configuration of your system, it might deny communication by default.

I will send you web page that you can try for checking.

Also if you will encounter the problem, please retry for example few minutes or hours again.
Because it could have been time we were doing update for whole system. Fortunately this should be very rare event.

swash23 was so nice and forwarded the test page to me which he obviously got by mistake. Here is the result:

It works!
This is the default web page for this server.

The web server software is running but no content has been added, yet.

Of course, I have called up Spirit Settings on different days and at different times before I asked for help here, but the result was always the same.
