Hi I am trying to view the logs on my Spirit GTR but every time I connect it to the PC I only get a single log which is the one currently being written to whilst connected to the PC.
I can view the historic data on my DS-16 that was fed back via telemetry but the GTR unit seems to keep no log history.
What am I doing wrong or what am I missing?
Regards
[SOLVED] Spriti GTR logs
Hello,
there are two different types of flight log.
One general that each Spirit unit has - this will tell you if there is some bigger or smaller problem. If some log is saved, then it will stay there until you will view it.
Also swashplate will jump differently during initialization.
So you do not have to worry about it until this will happen.
Then there is detailed log that can store everything around flight. This is called RealTime Flight Log.

Hi thanks for the response but I don't understand what you say.
Lets for example say I go for a flight and have a crash and the battery is unplugged. I get home and I want to review the log. Where do I open my "flight history log" which shows me everything the FBL logged for the past few flights?
The real time log you say logs everything, so does this mean all this information is lost after the battery is unplugged?
Thanks again

should be the "Advanced Flight Viewer" in the Diagnostic page of Spirit Settings.
ofc before to get any log, you have to configure what variables you want to log and how often
using the "Configure Logging" button

Thanks a million I finally can see the logs
My problem was when I opened the "Advanced Flight Viewer" the window was so large it went "off screen" and completely cut off the right hand section where all the dropdowns and buttons were.....somehow I never even picked this up
Any case I am happy I can see my logs now!
