We were testing your GeoLink for longer time to make sure the problem is really there and where it is.
We were able to reproduce the problem immediately. The problem is appearing only when GeoLink Logging is enabled.
When it is turned off there is no issue at all.
When logging is enabled, the GeoLink is operating all the time in flight (at least in our case). Then after first landing it takes few seconds to problem occur and from then GeoLink will no longer report any new data until connected to computer.
We will need few more days, but it seems we can fix it. We are not certain if the problem is with your particular GeoLink v1 or firmware yet. In any case we should know the answer tomorrow or during following week.

Thanks for the interim report, but the problem was different for me, the connection was interrupted during the flight and after landing and switching the system off and on again, the error was gone until the next takeoff.
I've already considered whether it could be the cable or, more precisely, the cable plugs.
In any case, I'm excited to see what you find out.

today we are shipping new GeoLink v2 to you for free because of the delay. Unfortunately we were unable to reproduce issue you had even after very long testing. So we think it would be best to ship you new one.

I have now carried out a few flights and have not had any more GeoLink failures. The log contains information such as (deutsch) "Zyklischer Ring Aktiviert" or "Heck Servoweg Begrenzung erreicht" and once "GeoLink Daten sind korrupt" before and after it always "Zustand in Ordnung". I did not notice that it had any effect during the flight.
I tested:
Position Hold, Return to Home and Altitude Control.
When returning to home, the helicopter bumps up and down on the way to the home position, but when it arrives there it stands still.
