Gtr and Jeti, having issue with limits

So I set up my gtr with my laptop. Always auto save my changes. I set up my yaw limits. Later I used my jeti ds12 to check and possibly change my limits in my Spirit in the jeti. The same limit numbers were displayed in the jeti software, but when I adjusted them, and pressed ok, they revert back to the limits set thru the computer. How do, or can I adjust and save thru my radio? I want to be able to change perimeters at the field if needed. Thanks in advance.

have you closed the PC software before making adjustments with radio?
This can cause such problem.
