Which blade are you using to take the angle measurement?
Are the blades aligned with the boom?
AFAIK you should always take measurements with the blade over the nose of the canopy.
it does not matter if you take the blade over the boom or over the nose. and depending on the pitch gauge you are using and how it was zeroed and which blade you are using, there could be + or - 6°.
don't get confused
It doesn't mean 6 degrees of cyclic
6 degrees in the geometry
and in cyclic ring supported degrees from your mechanics helicopter (about 10 degrees)
