I have my Wave TX on the same network as my PC and can ping the radio via the router successfully. The radio displays Sim over wi-fi is running. However the Wave Studio app does not find the TX. Running joy.cpl to display the joystick simulation does not show any input from the TX on one PC.
I also can not connect to the applications (as the TX is not found) I have tried this on two different PC's. One would show the inputs running joy.cpl but no connection on either in the rest of the Studio app.
When the PC that did display the joystick control, the Studio app continued to show scanning for Wave radio.
All the software is the latest versions.

Sim Over Wifi is not used for this purpose.
You have to enable Spirit Remote feature. The easiest way is to open the top panel and click at the right icon that will enable it.
