Question, lets say my endpoints now are 113-113,for the offset it will be more like 100-123. Is this no problem with spirit?
The middle position of the slider doesn't give offset. So uneven throws

Yes, it is not a problem.

Tried your recommendation. I don't find the tail stops that agressive. Also on right full tail pirouette when I do a hard stop it stops and than the tail bounces back a little. What setting do I tweak? On vbar it was stop a and b

When rudder dalay, piro consistency and gyro gain are perfect, you will get also the best stopping behavior. So it is good to tune your rudder generally to get the best performance.
In the worst case you can lower the end-point by 1-2mm for the side with a bounce-back effect. Mostly this side is right end-point (closer to the tail blades).

Raised the tail dynamic a little, better
also upped the piro consistancy to 173. What is the best way to find optimal piro consistancy? I have never heard of it before. What can you expect if it is set to low and what if set to high. Overal the feeling of the Spirit is awsome. Simlike and yet direct with no delay.

Great
You can check this guide:
viewtopic.php?f=20&t=378&p=6805#p6805
If the value is too high equal stopping behavior is harder to achieve. Rudder is generally more agressive and sharp, it is trying to hold the angle in a higher extent.
Value is too high if you will observe tail oscillations in FFF or during pitch pump.
It is too low if your rudder will not hold even with too high gain.
The parameter is very similar to I-gain of V-Bar, but tuning procedure can be different between FBLs.
