had 3digi before no problems on the head with same setup.
motor is new xnova ligthning series running smooth without any vibrations.
will try other blades today. perhaps the dampening of the head is not hard enough for the rapid blades....

Oh, that is interesting.
Well normally the cyclic is the last thing you have to tune in any special way. Usually there is no shaking with the most models even with 80% cyclic gain.
So if something unexpected is occuring, something is abnormal or not working properly from our experiences as with Spirit units there is usually no need to change cyclic gains at all, no matter what head speed you are running.
Did you tried running without blades? From the beginning it seems to me as when some servo is jittering or loosing a throw when changing collective pitch from upside down. This should be visible when playing on the bench.
Rapid blades are little bit more aggressive, but still they are working well with higher gains too.
