Subtrim only for servo horns?

Tomas, I recall a post where you said subtrim should only be used for servo centering, and linkage adjustment should be used to level the swash. Does that mean it would be impossible to achieve a perfectly level swash unless you had turnbuckle linkages? Thank you.

Yes, you are right.
If you can't set it mechanically correct, anything else can't fix it, because error/deviation will increase somewhere else and will cause other problem. But mostly settings of servo arms is not very precise because it is done by eye.

But generally any corrections shouldn't be necessary for the linkages, because it should be already designed precisely by the manufacturer so it should be possible to set it precisely.
So if it is built according to the manual, you will only need to move the servo arms to the center position and then all should be exact.
