Common best practice is to have two satellites from 500 up....

Nobody said it will not work. But that's common practice on those sizes, regardless of which FBL you use, to have two satellites (or one receiver and one satellite of course), best if their antennas are oriented 90 deg to each other. This is giving you better redundancy without any doubt.

good afternoon . thank you for your help. I am asking because I can not go to far with my helis, about 80 meters at maximum. I love the spirit , and now using futaba sbus, but looking for a spektrum satellites.if I have to put two satellites ,then I must to put more wires , like a adapter and y-harness , but I like a "clean heli".

What's the theory with the larger Helis? More carbon fiber to block the signal and wires don't reach outwards as far?

Up to you. If you like "a clean heli" so much to risk a signal loss, go with one satellite only. Just hope you don't crash on anything or anyone.

In my understanding, one Y and one adapter with a Sat will not make the heli less clean.

Yes, more CF to obstruct the signal. Heli going more far sice you still can see it. Heli getting bigger, antennas staying shorter. That's the reasons. It's not "my stuff". Read on helifreak.com if you doubt.
