yes, you can do so without any problem. If you are using Banks, don't forget to Save All the banks (3 files) and then to load all files to the new unit.
After loading the setup, make sure that your unit is compensating correctly (This can change) so it is very important to verify it. After this, you have to verify Piro Optimization parameter for correct operation.
Then everything is done.

I replaced a red spirit by a spirit pro on my logo 600, loading the banks of the provious unit. I followed your advice et I checked the compensations : roll and yaw were reversed. However, piro optimization was right.
