[SOLVED] 1.3.1 failure

Went to update to 1.3.1 today. The first flash got to 38% and then stopped. I let it sit for 10 minutes but nothing changed so I decided to abort and try again. Now I cannot get the unit to be recognized and there is no LED light. When the unit is plugged into my my computer and the software is started, it does not load and asks to go to demo mode. I select no and then go to the update tab to try and flash again with the 1.3.1 firmware. The status goes to "recovery mode" and then the software shows "program not responding" Can you please post/send recovery instructions? I'm using windows 10.
