If there is a short blink, then the fix can be very easy and you can proceed in this way:
1. start the software, during question for Demo mode select No
2. select the firmware (1.3.2) and click the Flash button
3. connect power to the unit, flashing should start immediately.

It is important to install drivers that are bundled with our software, because drivers from OS can do the problem.

Do you see Recovery mode after pressing the Flash button?

Try to plug battery immediately after pressung the button.
If the process is done properly, it will work for sure.

You have to only plug the USB cable to the SYS port.
Then after clicking the Flash button, battery/BEC should be connected.
At this moment, LED on the unit should blink for very short time and flashing should start too.

It is very important to connect the power supply AFTER pressing the Flash button.

Can you see more COM ports in the Connection tab?

Problem with "MAN" file is probably caused by Internet Explorer where is a bug. Other web browsers are downloading file without any problem.

First you have to download file with extension "4df" - if you have different web browser it should be OK when you click here:
