It's fixed
Piros are perfectly flat. Did no tuning or anything, on my first proper flight I was straight into 3D. The spirit is awesome!

Ps-in the end I still have no idea what was causing the problem. A full reset and setup fixed the problem. There's some small things like in even aileron Vs elevator pitch and positive Vs negitive I need to take care of, but the flight I just did felt awesome. Truely locked in and I haven't touched any gain apart from the cyclic gain. Turned the rates up alittle, no expo. Sweet as!
