I currently have the 3sx on it right now and want to switch it out with the Pro. Was wondering which servo layout option should I choose? ccpm90?

I also have another Bergen Intrepid Turbine which has the same servo layout as the Raptor 90 where only 1 servo is used per axis.

Yes, you can use CCPM 90 if one servo is driving one axis.
