Software v 2.0.0 used with Firmware v1.3.2

If I upgrade to the latest software do I have to upgrade the firmware on the Spirit unit or will v1.3.2 still work OK?

I have two brand new units here that I want to upgrade to v2.0.0 and one fitted to a model on v1.3.2 that I want to leave alone for now.

You have to use firmware 2.0.0. They are not compatible - there are major changes.
But you can install two software versions at the same time.

Installing the new one won't over write the previous one then?

It will rewrite older version if you will select same directory.
If you select different directory both software versions will be present, but you have to create shortcut for the older one to start it from the desktop.

Awesome update! Lots of improvements. Well worth updating.

Don't try updating just prior to going to the flying field. The new 2.0.0 update requires an almost brand new setup.
