We have to look at two things. a) What Spirt needs to see for bailout and b) what gets send to the ESC to let him see bailout.
What's send to ESC gets adjusted by min max Range to meet ESC requirements. What's going to the Spirit is coming from TX.
The question was on Spirit input side, as 1250 does not match 12% as in the manual written. (1100..1900) 1250 eq 18.75%. I guess 1200us would be closer? Tomas could you clarify? Or maybe to be more clear, on input side only % should be mentioned, while us range and absolut value are used on output side torwards ESC only, gues this would make things easier to understand.
@yogi43, whatch out for different input ranges on ESC in ext Gov Mode, if Auto is enabled or not. At least on my Edge, it's with auto 1000..1100 for Bailout window, not as in your chart from 1100.1200us.
Autoratation Bailout
Thanks Adrian, therefore the remaining question is what % the Spirit at least needs in order to activate Autirotation Bailout.
It is the official chart from CC - but it might be an old one and they changed something.
@Tomas, could you please clarify. If it is really 12% and 1.250ms I would expect the input range to be from 1.175 to 1.825 ms

After spending one hour at the bench it works. I set the limits in the Spirit from 900us to 1950us with a ramup of 150us - the throttle curve for autorotations is set to 15%.
On the bench it is working awesome [emoji2]
Thanks to Adrian for the help and to Tomas for the great new version V 2.0.0

Glad to see I could help, as such my step by step manual works, as you did end up with same values. Uffff
I realy enjoy bailout a lot, it just saved me some Hardware yesterday comming in way to low.
Beside, I did some measurement (with Arduino and Oszi) and can confirm:
0% => 1100us 100% => 1900us, so 1250us for 12% must be wrong in the manual. Tomas?

Thanks for your help.
Earlier I have said that the unit is driven by the input (which you can't see at the output).
Internal throttle range is different little bit, so it is hard to verify that it is really 1250us. I can recalculate it for you so you will know where it is with the default Throttle Range settings.
Precisely it is 11,5% but there is a safety gap so 12% is recommended.

Your statement is clear, >11.5% on diagnostics is Bailout threshold, above 50% its Gov. That's all we have to know, as this is relevant for unit.
I suggest not to mention 1250us in manual, as its confusing.

Yes, it can be better.

@Yogi, have you looked at Fail safe on Channel setting? If you have got the option, think of the following:
Configure like Bank3 with Stabi Rescue normal, Rescue Pitch 0%
Now learn Fail safe: with Bank 3 selected and negative Gain for Rescue and Throttle in Bailout range 12%.
On Signal Lost, Model should go horizontal, with slow descent to keep head turning and ESC armed in Bailout.
On Signal recovery, rpm Ramp-up will be fast to get back in Air. If no Signal recovery, Model should land on skids with limited power on head eq reduced damage.
I gonna test this on a nice day, having to much fun on field, by switching off TX, let me know if you test it before
