Spirit pro doesn't need an SBus inverter and has more ports and an extra sat port.

I think the Spirit Pro chip is also faster but not sure if it's noticeable as far as flight characteristics.

Physically the Pro is a little larger. If it fits on your heli, I'd just get the Pro version.

There is no very visible difference in this area, but Spirit Pro should be more precise and reliable even in a very bad conditions such as extreme vibrations.
Both units will work well. For smaller helicopters Spirit is a good choice.

As I understand you, there is NO difference of the Spirit and Spirit Pro. Then boths has Stabilisation Acro, Rescue Acro and so on.
I read that Spirit has 6 axis sensors and Pro has 9 axis sensors. Why that if they are identical.
Will red Spirit make stabilisation inverted and stay inverted like Pro.

I think in the real world there IS a difference, in that the Pro has a different set of sensors (different brand and/or model) and a different processor (slightly faster).

That said, back to earth... you will not notice any difference.

Black or Red Spirit classic are the same too.

So, with firmware 2.0.0 ALL those have two different Rescue possibilities and four different Stabilization possibilities .

I can say that there is noticeable difference between Spirit and Spirit Pro in the flight characteristics. But it is hard to say which is better.
You will like both since behavior can be configured to a high extent.

Okay. Thanks coco66 and ZeXx. It begin to make sense for me. I have a Spirit Pro on a Gaui X5, and I am very happy about the feel it flyes on. I need some for a Beam 600 and a Kds chase 360 and the red Spirit vill fit the Chase, so now I will order one of each.
Great flybarless system.

Would you mind posting a pic of how you mounted this? I just put together a used X5 and I moved a Spirit over from a previous heli. It just barely fits on the bottom of the frame between the two sides.
