I see requested and actuall rpm, they match perfectly. Yes im afraid for very good reasons, since youre not going to change the way it works. Can you give me a v2 firmware with bailout completely gone? I can measure ms of thr but im sure its fine

I had also problem with fast spool up when I set my ESC to airplane mode. It was bacause I had configured delay between flight phases in TX. So I started with throtle hold (0%), after Spirit was inicialized I switched to normal phase with flat curve about 50%. But because of delay (0.1s) value in thorttle channel doesn't jump directly from 0% to 70% but value below 50% appears for short time - but this cause to realy fast spoolup. When I cleared delay between autorotation to normal phase, soft spoolup was OK

YGE has 1 to 32 auto startup power which limits power. But that May not be the problem. Every yge has this. On hf people also report that 0 to 12 gives them fast spoolup. Clearly theres something very off here.

I think that ESC configuration has no influance on this. We have many helicopters with YGE for testing purposes and there was never problem like this with any of them. Also we have Futaba TX for testing.
I highly recommend to try clean transmitter profile.

Are you able to see Requested RPM/Current RPM with the first spoolup too?

I will check that after work. Can you please give me a firmware with bailout dissabled? I would really like to fly my heli tommorow and the lack of a safety window in the throttle makes me scared to use it.

Firmware without bailout feature will be different only in the thing that instead of smooth fast spoolup (2-3 seconds) there will be conventional spoolup procedure.
What you are observing is most probably not a bailout at all thus this modification will not help you in any way. And also as I said earlier Bailout can never be engaged without first slow spoolup procedure that was completely finished.

Flying in this state mean that you have some major issue in the configuration and I really dont recommend this.

Your test machines, How do you have the yge programmed:

Plane middle - 3x gov off - Plane middle?

Or by any chance heli soft - 3x gov off - Plane middle?

We are using mostly heli fast, gov off. There was never any problem with this. But any settings with Gov Off should be useable for general usage (Slow option could be a problematic for fast spoolup).

Im always using Plane middle as suggested by Heino from yge. Could the thr frequency be an issue? 144hz (vbar gov) works flawlessly. Maybe old yges can't handle 200hz?

Yes, it can be a major issue with some ESCs. In some cases they are behaving unpredictable with a wrong frequency.
Altough our YGEs (V4/V5) are running at 200Hz correctly, some clones were reported to be not OK.
