I converted the firmware to version with 2.0 on a Goblin 380. I use the governor featured in the Castle . There is no difference in Idle Up 1 or Idle Up 2. Idle up 1 is set for 2950 and Idle up 2 is set for 3250 according to the Castle. I had a similar problem with the earlier versions of Spirit which were corrected when I set the governor to 150 in the wizard.
I tried to raise the output in the general tab for governor to 2300 but no difference, I have it set at 200hz also.
Any ideas?

Hi,

it is very probable that your ESC is not calibrated correctly.
You shouldn't guess the values in any case. After calibration it should fit perfectly.
How did you calibrated the ESC?

The question will be moved to the Support section since it is not a bug nor feature request.

I read you are using the Castle Governor and not the Spirit Governor.

So you just have to recalibrate the Castle (fixed end point stuff).

I am using the Castle governor not the governor featured in the Spirit. The castle governor is fed information on the motor kv and the gearing.
I did calibrate the ESC, I have many of these and am familiar with the process.
Sorry to post it in the wrong location.

Just to be sure, is this what you did?
a) changed your TX Throttle Curve to 0-25-50-75-100
b) modified your TX end points so that the Spirit Diagnostic screen shows 0% at min stick and 100% at max stick
c) set the ESC in Fixed-Endpoints and calibrated by acting on Min and Max of Spirit Governor screen
d) set the ESC in Governor Mode and configured appropriately (and changed your TX Throttle Curves to flat 30%, flat 70%, flat 100%)

Is it?
