Request: Enable RPM Telemetry (Jeti) even with Gov disabled

Hi Tomas, could you please add into a future version the ability to use the RPM Telemetry even with Gov disabled?

I'm not quite ready at my flying level to mess around with gov's on a 700 class heli but I love having the RPM Telemetry to experiments and just checking things out.

Currently with 2.01/2.02 beta it looks like I can just leave the gov enabled but not connect the throttle, then the RPM telemetry item is updating properly.

I assume I'll get some interesting log messages about the gov though lol.

Yes, we plan to make it work with gov disabled.

It shouldn't take a long time to be available.
