This is my first experience with the Spirit FBL unit. I love all the features, and it stabilizes very nicely. All for a very reasonable price point.

I am working on fine tuning the Spirit unit to get the most out of it. I am noticing an aileron tilt when doing pitch pumps. On stable right side up hovering, sudden high collective with will cause a right aileron tilt and low collective will cause left aileron tilt.

Synergy E5 helicopter spinning 556mm blades at 2500rpm, Spirit governor, Spirit Cyclic gain 65% (any higher will cause high frequency aileron oscillation). I've leveled the swash at high, mid, and low stick.

Is there a way to eliminate this aileron tilt?

Usually this kind of issue can occur when:
a) one of the servo has a different (non linear) travel than other servos - can be corrected with the Servo Travel Correction.
b) subtrims were not configured precisely - when you enable Subtrim (Tuning) menu, all servo arms should be at the center as close as possible. At the same time your swashplate should be perfectly leveled and you should measure 0° between main blades.
c) Center of Gravity is way too off in the aileron axis.
d) some servo is not operating well - are you using BK/RJX servos?

It should be possible to solve it completely.
