If you know what is the head speed, then you can find spike at for example 2400 rpm.
If there is spike at 10800 RPM, then it must be tail, because ratio between head speed and tail is approx. 4.5x.
Motor is spinning even faster, so it is usually spike with the highest frequency.
Spikes between are mostly caused by autorotation gear and other gears. Gears are probably too close or not too symmetric or more probably there are faulty bearings.

I have the same problem with a Protos500 Y axis vibrations are at 130, while on the other axes are at 30-40. The main shaft is new.
I tried without blade and tail blade, the mechanics are all verified and ok, the ball bearing main shaft are new.
This problem is present from 0 to 2200 rpm
Do you have any suggestions?

Protos can have very high vibrations coming from the tail. The tail case may not hold the shaft stiff enough so the tail shaft can start to vibrate. Without tail blades it should be much better - it is important to balance them properly too.
Also bearings in the tail case are chineese by default, they be damaged quickly as they can get too hot. Then it can create even a groove in the tail shaft, then vibrate even more.
If you can attach the plot here, it can tell us more.
130% is very high value, it shouldn't exceed 50%.
