Will the Spirit restart it's initialisation if you move the heli after startup? So basicly, can you move it during the process like other fbls?

You must have the heli absolutely still and upright during initialisation, ie from plugging in till the swash jumps. You then can do whatever you like.
If you are using rescue do not tilt the heli more than 20-30 degrees for long periods of time, ie lay it on its side to put the canopy on or anything similar as it will throw it off and cause it to rescue at an angle.
If the heli has any inbuilt tilt, like the goblin 500 sport that is no problem.
The above is the same precautions you should follow on any rescue capable FBL, such as the brain etc.
Also based on my experience with the goblin 500 sport (with the speed style gear), 450L and over 100 flights with the spirit units on both. What I usually do is plug in the heli, wait to initialise(swash jump) without moving it around, then put the canopy on, grab by the blade grips and go fly. Always keeping it upright and level as much as possible. Follow this and you'll never have a problem with initialisation.

Yes, you can move it, it will restart the process. But why you want to do so, when you know it is not correct?
No, just few FBLs will restart this process. For example VBar will usually not finish the initialization at all correctly.
