What Throttle Frequency for Kontronik Kosmik and Jive ESC's?

I am trying to figure out what Throttle Frequency to use with Kontronik Kosmik and JIVE ESC's. Choices are:

60Hz
120Hz
200Hz
333Hz

If you are using governor from the ESC, 60Hz is enough for any ESC.
