I just can't get it working:

Spirit v 2.0.1 with JETI REX6, EX Bus connection, JETI DS-16, Spirit Integration is working
Heli is a standard TREX 500 Pro DFC, 500MX motor, ESC=HW Platinum 100A v3
Govenor enabled in Spirit setup, ESC throttle cable connected to AUX, orange RPM signal cable from ESC connected to middle PIN of ELE/PIT/AIL
When I spin up the motor, requested RPM and actual RPM display in the Settings App stay unchanged at 0
It looks like no RPM signal is recognized in the Spirit box, saving the config and rebooting the unit did not help either, I checked the RPM signal from the ESC with a oscilloscope - square wave signal looks pretty good to me.

What else can be wrong ?

Thanks
Gerhard

Hello,

you have to set throttle curve to 50% and higher, then you should see it. Only then governor is activated, thus you can see Requested RPM and Current RPM.
Requested RPM is not using RPM sensor at all, it is calculated from TC.
Also I recommend to update to the latest firmware 2.0.2 (with Jeti file too), because you are using REX receiver.

Hi !

Upgraded to 2.0.2, setting a constant throttle curve >50% and now it works. I obviously used a too low throttle for testing.

Great support, keep up that "Spirit"

Thanks again
