[SOLVED] Default If I use PWM can I use the gov?

If I use PWM can I use the gov?, I have been using on a nitro the gov and is been good, but today I had a crash for loosing signal on the SAT, I never had that problem with BD, so I want to use a recover but if I connect the recover the gov port is use. Do I need a y connection or I can't!!
