A great new feature! Well done spirit.

Isn't it possible to set a range in the spirit software for safety? So -100 on the channel gives 180 piroconsistency and +100 gives 200? No fiddeling with endpoints. Now you have to set a low endpoint/connect to the software to see the value/disconnect and re-adjust endpoints until you have your safe range. By setting it in the software its easier to switch between parameters at the field also.

Maybe I don't understand it correctly but in the manual I see nothing about a safe range so I assume you have to set it manually with your endpoints.

Thank you.

It is not possible to set safety ranges in the software, since this is possible through your transmitter. It would be necessary to add next 6 parameters to make it work.
Our aim is to make the settings so that there is only minimum parameter count. Less parameters is less confusing (especially for the beginners) and can cause fewer possible troubles.
Changing travel adjust in your transmitter will do the job very well.

ok, updating now.

Hope it will be possible in the future. At the field its a hasstle to connect that many times to adjust the endpoints. + no fiddeling, just set for style for example a range of 4 to 8 and go fly. Same for other settings like piro optimalisation, set the range and fly. No way I can do this on the field quickly now because I have to adjust the endpoints accordingly. I hope you understand.

So theres no easy way to at least see the safety range in the software? Connecting-checking-adjusting-connecting is the way to do it?

is the actual value somewhere and live in the software displayed?

if not, would it be possible to display it at the receiver channel mapping?

if not, can we calculate it?
for example elevator filter. there are 5 steps, so something between 0-20% has to be 0, 60-80% is 3

ok, no solution for "big count" settings like piro consistency... :D

velocity90: if you are able to change parameters for tuning, you should be also able to see the value and possible range. So you do not have to fiddle with it. The parameter will stay there all the time, until you will change it. At this occasion you can also verify everything related to it, save current values, etc.

torro: You can see the values directly in the Channels window, so you can verify the range there.
This is what you are looking for.

Great Feature, I just tuned my Gov with it.
Assigned knob in TX to Channel Aux3 (9) Assigned in Spirit Gov Respond and assigned Channel 9.
Turning nob showed number immediately in GUI and APP. Flying and turning knob brought me straight to right value.
After Landing, opening GUI and read out value, on Channel assignment. Unassigned Function and used this value in normal GUI Gov Respond setting for all banks. Tuning next value Gov Holding,.....
Very handy, Big Thanks to the Dev. Team
