If I understand you correctly, then there is a problem after firmware flash process.
If this is the case, then it will help you and you do not have to send the unit anywhere.

Hello!
I have windows edge as a browser. I have found out that here is the problem. Here ends the firmware with ".man".
Not with ".4df" as with FireFox or Chrome.
Can you put an info about it online?
With my Spirit Pro is no red light to see when i turn it on.
Is this a problem?
Is it nevertheless according to your guidance?

unfortunately Internet Explorer and Edge browsers have bug that forces it to rename the file extension to incorrect ".man" instead of ".4df". But you can rename it and then it should be OK too.
For successfull recovery process there is requirement:
Status LED of the unit must flash (blink) for a short time during power up.
If this is not happening, then the recovery process will not work and there is some more serious issue. What operating system are you using?
Normally this condition should not happen even if flashing process will fail.
Are you sure that the unit is powered correctly? Is receiver LED on?
I am still not sure what really happened - did you performed normal flashing process to version 2.1.0 and after this it happened?
Did you flashed 4df file or something else? for example Spirit.bin?

So you have downloaded it with Edge web browser and flashed with Spirit Settings 2.1.0, right?
Normally there is restriction that the Spirit Settings can only see 4df file, so you can't select other.
But it is possible to bypass it.
Well, if it happened after firmware flashing and there is no Status LED during battery connection, then it will be needed to send the unit to us.
We will reflash it for free at the same day we will receive it. So it can take just 4-5 days in total if you will ship it tommorow. You can use the cheapest shipping which can cost around 4€.
