In this case the Swashplate type must be CCPM 120° (reversed).
Is this case Advanced/Collective direction should be unticked.
If you can take a photo of where the unit is mounted, I can tell you what is correct Position settings to make sure that this is correctly too.

Unfortunately I can't see the unit on second picture.
It is very important to select correct swashplate type. Even if result is good on the ground but all settings are not configured properly, it will not work well in the flight.
So the option with reversed collective in the Advanced tab should be unticked too and Swashplate must be CCPM 120° (reversed) in any case.

I cant, if I uncheck reverse collective and change to 120 reversed, then control surfaces are wrong, tried servo rev because control diagnose is correct. only thing I could do are swap over blade grips. But what difference, what is collective pitch reverse for.
Then there is next hidden problem. Very probably your servos are not connected correctly or position is not configured well.
Can you take a photo of the unit?
You must connect servos according to the Swashplate diagram (one that is really right - CCPM 120° reversed).
Both diagrams are different. There is difference between CH1 and CH3.
So until everything will be correct, it will not fly well and even Rescue/Stabilisation can fail due to these settings.

Thank you for the photos!
Correct position is: Vertical (180° - left side).
There is very important difference between CCPM 120° and CCPM 120° (reversed). Servos that are for aileron/pitch are swapped.
You can see it in detail in the Setup Wizard, but it is also visible in the General tab.
CH3 is left servo, CH1 is right servo. With non-reversed option it is in the opposite way so if you connect it in the opposite way, it can't work.

Swashplate is rotating, because it determine how your helicopter is constructed - how the swashplate is positioned.
Some models have one option, some other. But only one option is always correct.
Top of the picture is front of your helicopter similarly as for the Position picture.
So only one option is correct, because you can't simply rotate swashplate on the model.
