[SOLVED] firmware

When I download the new firmware it save as .MAN file not as a .4DF file.
What am I doing wrong ?

You are doing everything right, but Internet Explorer and Edge web browsers have an issue, that it automatically rename the extension to ".man" instead of ".4df".

So you have to rename the file or use other web browser. There it will be OK.
