Sorry if I'm belaboring the point but I thought of something more to say about what this would look like.

If; on the "Stabi" tab there were 2 function pull down boxes you could make 2 different choices. One could be rescue and the other could be acro rescue. Or one could be stabilization and the other could be rescue. This would probably be channel 8. So -100 signal on channel 8 would do nothing. A zero signal level on channel 8 would activate whatever choice is in the first pull down box. A +100 signal on channel 8 would activate whatever choice is in the second pull down box.

The Gyro channel (5) and the Banks channel (7) wouldn't have anything to do with rescue and could be used as the user sees fit. You could have 3 different Banks of whatever you want. You could conveniently change the rudder gain without having to worry about is it supposed to be positive or negative and it wouldn't take 6 different channel mixers just to get the thing to work.

As far as the stabilization goes I haven't used it much because it was always so far off the aircraft would wander. I'm noticing now however that with the latest firmware on my 250 electric it works pretty darn good! Thank you!! I use the stabilization when I need to look down at the transmitter or swat bugs and momentary distractions like that. If I had a tail belt break I would turn it on then too so it is a valuable tool.

Thank you for your description.

I am sure that in the future we will find a proper way how to make it work.
I have already one in my mind, so I believe that it will be possible.
