Can't open Spirit Settings 2.4.1

Hello,
I use the SpiritPro, system is W10 / 64, Com-Port 2.
USB cable and the spirit is connected properly. External BEC is 5V.
The LED on the USB port lights up blue, the LED on the Spirit is red.

Here are my error messages in pictures:

Hello,

try to turn off your bluetooth in the notebook (if it is there).
Alternatively change the COM port from 2 to 1. This should solve the problem too.
The problem is that OS block the software to continue (usually because such devices are sleeping) - it want to access other COM ports to scan them if there is any unit.
But during this it can't do anything else.

So it is better to find which device is blocking the software (usually bluetooth) and disable its COM port if unused.
