Hello,
I have found that there were some issues with RPM also with JLog from certain update.
The fix was to set Motor Pole to 2 and to leave default gear ratio in the Kosmik - 1:1.00.
In case of Spirit I recommend to set Gear Ratio according to your model (in the Spirit Settings) but to change Sensing Divider to 4 there. So changing sensor divider should do the trick.
