Is there a way to get the mah consumption telemetry with the spirit pro, HW 120a v4 using the spektrum integration?

Yes, it is working out of the box with this telemetry as described in these guides:

Might be a silly question, but if it reads say 15.6c, does that read 1560mah?

According example from the guide: 1234mAh = 123.4C

So 15.6C should be 156mah.
