I don't see how / why the price should include shipping...

Well, im not claiming if the posted price must include shipping. What i did was ask if it includes shipping. Either way of which i can't assume based on the info posted. The reason -as i stated- is to allow me to decide if i should just wait before ordering some cables for an ongoing project that will also include the Geolink if the shipping's separate. That way i won't get charged for shipping twice. Otherwise, if the shipping's free i can go ahead with the cables and continue the build.
On the other hand, unless you are in the know, what you actually did was make a statement that is based on nothing but pure speculation since the Geolinks page is incomplete and temporary. Nothing more.

Shipping policy/cost is same as for our other products.
But if you will pre-order you will wait until the product is released, so it will be better to place two orders if you are in hurry for the cable.
If package weight is small, the shipping cost is also smaller (also depends on your country).
Very likely on saturday we are starting with Pre-Orders

Thanks Tomas for clearing that up and for the pre-order update. Yup, will do order the cables now as it seems it may or may not take some time before the actual shipping of the Geolink.
Additionally, can you comment on the different mounting options? Specially if it's recommended that it be on the tail boom, will there be a mounting kit for tail boom set up as opposed to double sided tape on the frame?
