I ask for help if someone can help me to understand why when I get to the white screen of the Dx8 gen2 radio with the latest Airware 2.00 software update, I can not move the rudder to the right and the aileron to the left to enter the menu, but nothing happens.
I state that the connections to the receiver are perfect, and I can bind Radio and receiver SPM4649, I do not have the Jeti cable but I built one myself.
My current configuration is micro spirit,2.4.3 version, hobbywing 40 amp Platinium v ​​4.0, and the latter still have to connect in telemetry. From the radio when I bind, it is done in telemetry mode, and I made sure I entered the Telemetry Text gen section and esc. I am also assured of having a linear curve of gas, but the same I can not enter the menu from pic attached

it was the radio frame rate, you have to set it to 11 ms and not to 22

Great information to know! Glad you figured that out.
I recently changed my DX8 from 22 to 11 ms, and noticed a big improvement in the smoothness of my servos.
