Can't connect to PC anymore

Hi,

I have 4 spirits working and now I have an issue connecting to pc with one black spirit.
It won't recognize my spirit anymore. The com port is ok and shown in the software.
When I connect the unit the blue led from the USB turns off, don't know if this is normal.
The hott integration works fine. But I need to adjust the cyclic phase and this is not shown in hott integration.
So I need the PC. I don't know why I can't connect anymore to my pc. Any ideas? It is win7 with spirit settings 2.4.3

Hi,

this is because you have enabled HoTT integration. It is using same port as the USB interface.

You have to enter USB connection entry in the HoTT integration before it will work again.
Or you have to disable the integration or just dont plug the integration cable.

Hi Tomas,

I'm not sure if I got you correct, but I had unplugged the cable between spirit and the hott receiver. I unplugged it at sys port and connected the sys port with USB...

I have joy y-cable at the sys port.

Hi,

if your model is powered and you will decide to connect with PC you can't access the unit unless you close the integration by "USB connection" entry in the integration menu.
Only then you can connect the integration. But you can't have both things connected at the same time even with Y-cable. You can connect always just one cable to the SYS port.
