Telemetry Wiring Confusion..!!

Good day all...
I'm trying to setup telemetry on my heli using as follows...

Spirit Pro
Kontronik Jive Pro 80HV
DX18
SPM 4649T
Telem Kontronik Cable
Jeti integration Cable.

According to the spirit manual/instructions,that's all I need but when it comes to the wiring,that's where I hit a snag.
The wiring says one part of the Kontronik Telem cable goes into SYS PORT the other single pin goes into ELE/AIL PORT.
The next step is Jeti integration cable,one part goes into the SPM4649T and the other into AIL/ELE PORT but this particular port is already taking by the Telem cable from the Kontronik unit.
I'm I doing something wrong or missed a step...?
I've gone over this several times but cant seem to figure it out.
Your help is appreciated.

Hello,

first you have written correctly that the Telem Kontronik cable should be connected at the SYS port.
But later you have written about ELE/PIT/AIL port which is wrong.

Jeti integration cable + SPM4649T will be connected at the RUD and ELE/PIT/AIL as described in the Spektrum integration guide:

and Telem Kontronik cable will be connected as described in the Kontronik telemetry guide. So there is nothing to confuse, since both are using different ports.

If you have Telem Kontronik V2 then this guide should be used:

Thanks for the reply...
But I do have the version one Kontronik Telem cable and after plugging one end into the system port on the spirit pro,I'm left with one single cable/pin and according to the picture below,that should go into the AIL/ELE port or that's not needed or maybe I bought the wrong cable ?

There are two options how to solve the problem:

a) You can use a needle and remove the plastic and put the Telem Kontronik brown wire to the Jeti integration cable.
b) You can get second plastic part and modify the Jeti integration cable. We can send you such plastic housing.

In case of new Telem Kontronik V2 cable this problem will not occur as the cable is using different connector.

Perfect,I will modify the cable and in the future order the version 2 cable.
